User Agreement and Customer Responsibility



Subscribers to @watch port monitoring services must have the authority to correct site problems or access to those making decisions about this web site. For @watch port monitoring to provide accurate, timely watch information, the server needs to be regularly maintained. Servers that need an extended period of time to repair should suspend their account until the problem is corrected. Members can suspend their monitor(s) for a given period of time in Servers Administration. We ask that problems on your site within your control be corrected within five working days. This provides a better service for all.

Examples of problems outside your control:

• ISP Down;
• Power outages;
• Missing Click-through banner ads.

If you do not respond to alerts or the problems are not corrected in that time period, @watch port monitoring reserves the right to cancel your account. We will alert you before we take this step. If at any time you do not understand an alert, please contact us at support@atwatch.com.
